Office Administrator

Duties:
- As an office administrator you are responsible for maintaining monthly payroll for employees and suppliers. This will be done through bookkeeping of hours submitted by employees and by monthly invoices sent by our drywall suppliers. Also, required to prepare cheques for approval and picking up cheques from clients and depositing them in our business account.
- You are expected to create, maintain, and follow-up invoices for our clients. These invoices need to be prepared and ready for review before the 25th of each month.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Proper invoicing and follow up with clients to insure collection of payments in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, forms, and other documents as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance

- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH ,BOTH WRITTEN AND ORALQualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting experience is an asset.
- College or University Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Payroll/ Office Admin/Invoicing

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
