Kitchen Supervisor/cook

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the team, make sure all the orders comes on time and look properly
- Prepare schedule, making sure there is no shortage of staff according to operations
- Order needed food stock, be responsible for deliveries on time, no food shortage
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organizing kitchen staff duties and resposibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality of food meets the highest standards of freshness and taste
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized cooking station
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Help with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor/Cook at least for 2 years with references
- Ability to lead
- To be able to make quick decisions
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week
