Restore Physiotherapy is a busy multidisciplinary clinic located in Oakville, ON.

DSD Management is a well-established company with 20 years of experience providing a high quality of patient care in the areas of Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and Custom Orthopedic Bracing.

PRIMARY DUTIES
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

- Direct incoming calls received and provide callers with information about the facility
- Be the first point of contact for clients in the clinic
- Pulls charts used for daily appointments, file charts, reports and other correspondence
- Enters client data, client charges, collect payments and issues receipts
- Manages the appointment schedule to minimize cancelled appointments and vacancies
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support

QUALIFICATIONS
To take on the role of Administrative Assistant, you must have:

- A post-secondary education in medical office / business administration considered an asset
- 1 to 2 years experience in a reception, customer service and/or retail management role considered an asset
- Well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program
- A professional customer service attitude
- A creative approach with a can-do attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Monday through Friday with 2 evening shifts per week

Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business for sickness and vacation coverage

Travel may be occasionally required within the Greater Hamilton Area (vacation coverage, additional support, etc.)

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
