**Role Summary**:
S2 Architecture seeks a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. You will support our proposal team by collaborating with team members and consultants. This role requires a critical thinker with strong writing skills, excellent grammar, and keen attention to detail. You must also be able to adapt writing styles for various audiences and effectively juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Education, Licences & Certifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience:_
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting in a support role
- Experience in the architecture industry is an asset

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and proofread proposal and marketing materials for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with requirements
- Assist in creating and formatting various marketing and proposal initiatives
- Support drafting and development of communications and reports
- Research, gather, and present information clearly to support marketing and other company initiatives
- Schedule meetings and coordinate deliverables and documentation to support proposal and marketing efforts
- Organise documents and materials to create efficiencies within the marketing process
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to gather necessary information
- Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed

**Required Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research abilities with the capacity to gather and synthesise information effectively
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of the architectural industry
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
