We are seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to join our team at Canacre. As a key member of our operation organization, you will play a vital role in planning, leading, and supporting various assignments on strategic proposals.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a talented team, engage in proposal development, interviews, and presentations, and independently lead the coordination, writing, and preparation of proposals for various clients. With a strong focus on quality and aesthetics, you will apply your advanced English verbal, writing, editing, and proofreading skills to translate technical information into clear and concise proposal content.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in management, journalism, English, environmental science, or a related field, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. You should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in developing and coordinating proposals for private clients, and be proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office suite.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and applying Canacre best practices and processes for proposal development
  • Leading the development and coordination of proposal responses and the submittals lifecycle
  • Self-starting research, writing, editing, ensuring compliance, and proposal production and coordination
  • Writing or editing content for non-technical sections, including interviewing subject matter experts and tailoring resume and project descriptions

A competitive salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
