As an Administrative Assistant you will work to meet the diverse needs of the clients and caregivers you serve in your community by providing a wide range of administrative services such as:

- General Branch Support
- Recruitment Support
- Staffing Support
- Technology Troubleshooting
- Branch Event Planning & Organization

Job Qualification

**Who You Are**
- You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- You are dedicated to providing high-quality service
- You hold a Highschool diploma. Post-Secondary graduate with Business Administration program and healthcare experience an asset
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative support role with varied responsibilities
- You are a "go-getter" who enjoys doing something different every day
- You have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada**

**Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients. At Bayshore all new hires must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada (e.g., two doses of a two dose vaccine series or one dose of a single
