The Partners Marketing Group is a locally owned, Maple Ridge based company specializing in the marketing and sales of brand-new condominiums and townhomes (commonly referred to as "presales"). We're looking to hire an experienced Communications Manager to work in the Marketing Department alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing. Please note: This role will require you to work 8:30 am - 4:30 pm in our Maple Ridge, BC office. Applicants must live in the lower mainland or be able to commute to our office Monday to Friday.

Day-to-day activities including:

- Management of communication plan including content, strategies, and ideas (creation will be taken care of)
- Copywriting: booklets, websites, meta descriptions, ads, social captions, articles
- Social Media Management and Google Analytics, along with measuring/monitoring responses
- Developing strategies and ideas for communicating and engaging with databases
- Brainstorming meetings with our marketing team
- Database management including follow-up programs, reports/data, creating sign in forms using Active Campaign CRM (similar to Lasso, MailChimp, Spark)
- Marketing text blasts generation
- Working directly with suppliers and vendors
- Supporting our Sales and Marketing Managers with various tasks
- Researching new and creative ways to market and sell real estate

**Required Skills**:

- Valid Drivers license & reliable vehicle
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Marketing/related field OR 2 years of relevant marketing work experience
- Strong understanding of the English language
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and Google
- Creative writing and editing skills
- Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel)
- Adobe Acrobat experience (PDF’s)
- Adaptability - ability to bounce between multiple projects/tasks throughout a day
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Experience using Gsuite programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc)
- **A good sense of humour**

Assets (not required, but nice to have)
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry
