We are looking for a passionate **Brand Ambassador & Marketing Specialist** with personal experience in the teaching world. If you are a creative marketing professional who understands the needs of teachers and has a flair for promoting brands, this is the perfect opportunity for you

As a **Brand Ambassador & Marketing Specialist**, you will manage the public image of our brand, build relationships with key stakeholders in the education community, and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive awareness and growth. You’ll serve as the face of our brand while also coordinating marketing activities and building our presence in the education sector. Your personal experience as an educator will help you tailor our brand’s voice to resonate deeply with our audience of teachers and school staff.

**Key Responsibilities:Brand Management**:

- **Develop custom marketing and branding strategies**: Build and implement strategies to strengthen our brand presence in the education community.
- **Oversee brand consistency**: Ensure the consistency of our messaging across all platforms, including social media, marketing materials, and public relations.
- **Build relationships**: Cultivate strong connections with influencers, teachers, journalists, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- **Conduct market research**: Analyze industry trends, teacher needs, and public perception to fine-tune marketing efforts.
- **Content creation**: Collaborate with creative teams to produce blog posts, articles, and educational content for marketing campaigns.

**Marketing Specialist Duties**:

- **Social Media Management**: Oversee the company’s social media presence and engage with the education community across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- **Innovative Campaigns**: Design and launch data-driven marketing campaigns targeting educators to promote products and events.
- **Collaborate with Creative Teams**: Work with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create compelling promotional materials.
- **Evaluate Campaigns**: Analyze key performance metrics and provide feedback for improving marketing and branding strategies.

**Public Relations & Media Relations**:

- **Media outreach**: Build relationships with journalists and education-focused media outlets to secure high-level media placements.
- **Crisis Management**: Develop and implement crisis communication plans when necessary, ensuring timely and accurate messaging.
- **Press releases**: Write and distribute press releases, manage media kits, and coordinate media interviews to enhance our brand’s public image.
- **PR Strategy**: Develop a media relations strategy to keep our brand at the forefront of relevant education discussions and opportunities.

**Ambassador Duties**:

- **Represent the Brand**: Attend educational events, webinars, and conferences as the face of the company, engaging directly with teachers, administrators, and vendors.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Showcase how our platform meets the needs of teachers, offering tutorials and live product demonstrations.
- **Network and Build Trust**: Establish strong, lasting relationships within the education sector through outreach, networking, and educational community engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Teaching Experience**: Personal experience as a former or current educator, with an understanding of the challenges faced by teachers and schools.
- **Marketing Experience**: At least 2+ years of experience in a marketing or public relations role, with demonstrated success in social media management, content creation, and branding.
- **Public Relations Skills**: Knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media channels, with experience building relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- **Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content and develop effective pitches.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative with the ability to work across departments, including sales, design, and product development, while also comfortable working autonomously.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience working with or promoting educational products or marketplaces.
- Established relationships with key media outlets and influencers in the education space.
- Experience planning and attending education-focused events.
