We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. Our product is brand new and one of the first of its kind in Canada, allowing you to provide business and employees with a unique benefit they have not encountered before.

Your primary focus will be reaching out to new potential clients through outbound calling, promoting our new platform, generating leads, and helping get the sales process started.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our company and our new gift card platform and generating leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and platform to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Data management & and tracking of customer interactions.
- Report to the sales manager to provide accurate and timely information about customer requirements, feedback, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume and leads

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to use CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with potential customers.
