Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization whose goal is to become the key link in the international trade supply chain. We provide a variety of operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products.
Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a member of the professional team at Ray-Mont Logistics, the primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Follow up with customers on payments received for which no payment breakdown has been provided.
- Ensure the sending of statements of account and follow up on upcoming payments to our clients
- Respond to customer questions and requests regarding their account statements
- Prepare weekly performance analysis of accounts receivable
- Integrate accounts receivable transactions from other operational systems within the group
- Propose on a monthly basis the accounts receivable to be provisioned in the books
- Participate in the continuous improvement process of the accounts receivable by contributing to the deployment of new functionalities of our accounting system
- Follow up on credit insurance policies with our insurer and ensure that the information is updated in our various systems
- Assist with the cashing of cheques
- Participate in all other support tasks as needed
- **Qualifications required**:
- Bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken: bilingual environment, mostly English speaking clients
- Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in accounting
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, mainly Microsoft Excel
- Asset: Knowledge of an enterprise resource planning ("ERP") software - Microsoft D365 Ideally
