About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Accounts Receivable Team: Oversee the billing and collection processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  2. Generate and Send Invoices: Create and dispatch customer invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Monitor and Analyze Customer Accounts: Regularly review customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  4. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service Teams: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer billing issues and ensure seamless communication.
  5. Manage Credit and Collections: Establish credit limits, monitor credit terms, and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts and reduce bad debt.
  6. Prepare Financial Reports: Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging and cash flow forecasting to inform financial decision-making.
General Financial Management
  1. Contribute to Strategic Financial Planning: Work closely with the finance leadership team to contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  2. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  3. Participate in the Annual Audit Process: Provide necessary documentation and support during the annual audit process.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting: Possess a degree in finance or accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  3. Strong Accounting Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  4. Proficiency in Accounting Software: Be proficient in accounting software, preferably NetSuite, and have experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English mandatory for global business operations.
  6. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
