**Le poste** Nous sommes à la recherche d’un agent bilingue temporaire à temps plein chargé du recrutement, du maintien en fonction et des ressources de foyers d’accueil. Le titulaire relève du gestionnaire du service de ressources/placement de la succursale. Le but de ce poste est:

- d’informer les communautés de Simcoe Muskoka sur le besoin et l’importance du placement en famille d’accueil et encourager l’idée de devenir des fournisseurs de soins en famille d’accueil.
- d’aider les fournisseurs de services en famille d’accueil à suivre les processus administratifs d’approbation en tant que fournisseurs de soins de l’Agence.
- d’aider et améliorer l’expérience lors du processus d’admission, de recrutement, de sélection et d’intégration et élaborer des stratégies pour augmenter le maintien en fonction de ces ressources.
- d’obtenir des placements appropriés pour les enfants/jeunes pris en charge par la Société, sélectionner, évaluer, éduquer et soutenir les ressources d’accueil internes, repérer et surveiller les ressources externes rémunérées, conformément aux politiques et procédures de la Société, aux règlements, normes et directives du ministère et aux lois applicables.

Un élément clé de la sensibilisation au recrutement consistera à créer une perception positive du public grâce à la mobilisation des fournisseurs potentiels et à la prestation de services d’éducation et d’informations sur le programme de placement en famille d’accueil de l’Agence. Ceci est un poste syndiqué (CUPE 5319).

**The Job** We are recruiting for a full-time, temporary Bilingual FC Recruitment/Retention & Resource Worker. The incumbent reports to the Resource/Placement Service Manager. The purpose of this position is to:

- Inform communities across Simcoe Muskoka about the need and importance of foster care and encourage consideration of becoming Foster Care Providers.
- Assist Foster Care Provider applicants through the administrative processes of being approved as agency Care Providers.
- Assist and enhance experience during the intake, recruitment, screening and onboarding process and develop strategies to increase the retention of these resources.
- Secure appropriate placements for children/youth coming into the care of the Society, screen, assess, educate and support internal foster resources, identify and monitor Outside Paid Resources (OPR’s), in accordance with Society policies and procedures, Ministry Regulations, Standards and Directives and relevant legislation.

A key component of the Recruitment outreach will be to create a positive public perception through the engagement with prospective providers and the provision of education and information about the agency’s foster care program. This is a Bargaining Unit position with CUPE local 5319.

**Qualifications**
- Un baccalauréat en travail social ou une maîtrise en travail social est préférable. Un diplôme en sciences sociales d’une université agréée, en combinaison avec plusieurs années d’expérience en protection de l’enfance ou au sein du système éducatif sera également envisagé. Une formation postsecondaire dans un programme de marketing serait un atout très recherché.
- Connaissance des normes, des systèmes et des processus de protection de l’enfance et des fournisseurs de services, y compris la LSEJF et les règlements sur les permis.
- Solide connaissance des rôles et des responsabilités des préposés à la protection de l’enfance, des préposés de Services à l'enfance et à la jeunesse, des préposés de l’adoption et des préposés de placement dans la parenté.
- Connaissance pratique des processus d’adoption et de parenté et de SOCEN Ontario.
- Connaissance pratique des ententes interprovinciales et des normes de qualité
