**You as a People & Culture Coordinator (HR), will**:

- Be responsible for the administration of the full employee life cycle, including changes, resignations, promotions, transfers, onboarding, and more.
- Independently and with the support of P&C Managers, effectively correspond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, attending career fairs, interviewing, and employee offers.
- Oversee the portfolio's co-op program, while building external relationships to source top talent.
- Provide an exceptional employee experience by delivering welcoming new hire orientations and accurately preparing all employee related documentation (including but not limited to offer letters, employee change letters, etc.) in a professional and accurate manner.
- Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro) as an expert user of the system.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 2 years human resources experience at a coordinator level.
- You thrive on delivering a positive employee experience by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business.
- You have effective oral and written communication skills as well as a proven ability to work within a high paced environment.
