**Warranty Sales Representative**

As a Warranty Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling warranty products and services to dealerships within your assigned territory. You will work closely with dealership personnel to educate them on our warranty offerings, negotiate sales contracts, and ensure a seamless implementation process. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing dealership accounts, providing ongoing support, and fostering long-term relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-person visits to dealerships to present and promote warranty products and services.
- Educate dealership staff on the features, benefits, and coverage options of different warranty plans.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with dealership decision-makers to secure sales contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel, including sales managers and finance professionals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to warranty products.
- Gather feedback from dealerships regarding customer preferences and product needs.
- Compile sales data and performance metrics to generate reports for management review.
- Conduct training sessions for dealership staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the automotive or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
