Administrative professionals are the pulse of every office. Join our collaborative project team to participate in the estimating process from start to finish and help win projects With a focus on supporting the preconstruction team, you will push for results through providing exceptional administrative support.

As an Administrative Assistant - Preconstruction, you are passionate about the construction industry and have a strong sense of customer service excellence and a people-focused attitude. Under the supervision of the Preconstruction Manager, you will put your skills to work and provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure tenders are completed in a timely and efficient manner. **What YOU Will Do**
- Support the preconstruction team with administrative duties including job closing
- Order, review, file and distribute project drawings, specifications and addenda as required
- Manage the RFI process and follow-up with clients as needed
- Effectively use CMiC & Salesforce to generate & update opportunities, accounts, and various reports
- Create corporate user accounts and manage & maintain trade partners on subcontractor database
- Perform general administrative duties as required (ex. Booking travel arrangements, meeting rooms, prepare expense reports, order supplies, etc.)

**What YOU Will Bring**
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary education in Office or Business Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience
- Proven organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with construction, estimating and/or knowledge of contracts is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Ability to build and maintain excellent rapport with team and trade partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs
