We are currently seeking a highly motivated, skilled and organized Real Estate Operations Manager to join our team.
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise daily operations and support a team of 15 agents.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance agent productivity.
Operational Efficiency:
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage teams workflows, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Utilize technology and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Strategic Growth:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and recruitment strategies.
- Assist in onboarding and training new agents to ensure they are equipped for success.
Client and Vendor Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
- Oversee the management of client databases and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Budget and Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for the team.
- Monitor expenses and ensure operations stay within budget.
Marketing and Branding:
- Support marketing efforts to promote the team’s services and expand brand awareness.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events to enhance community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
