CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST Location: Montreal

Jack Victor Limited is a leading North American menswear company specialized in the design, manufacture and distribution of premium quality men’s tailored clothing, outerwear, casual trousers and sportswear. Our products are available at over 400 multi-brand retailers including most better North American specialty and department stores. Jack Victor tailored clothing is produced by over 800 employees at our unique, state-of-the-art downtown Montreal manufacturing facility. The Company is also the North American distributor Robert Barakett knit and woven sportswear. Founded in 1913, the firm is managed today by the third generation of the Victor family, with Alan Victor as CEO. The company benefits from Montreal's position as a bridge between European and North American tastes, culture and fashion. Jack Victor products are shown seasonally at major trade fairs, and at showrooms in Montreal, Toronto and New York City.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives and processes new orders, and sells additional products by creating and sending digital line sheetsFollows up on customers’ questions regarding existing orders and related company businessCreates and updates reports relating to daily salesMaintains custom clothing “sold out” and “open to sell” listingsProvides general support to customers in the form of advice, recommendations and information that will enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyaltyInteracts with other departments including production, customer service, shipping, accounts receivable and outside sale staff in order to provide timely and quality service to customersMeets and greets walk-in customers

IDEAL CANDIDATEBachelor’s degree and 2-3 years fashion industry experience, preferably in sales/customer serviceExcellent communication skills in French and English, especially on the telephoneAbility to build and maintain good relationships with clientsDetail-oriented, excellent memory and well organizedStrong ability with numbers, price lists,-
Familiarity with Crystal Reports/Tableau, and EDI order processing and Maintenance of 846 FeedsStrong work ethics and organizational skillsMust be customer-focused and internet literate

Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

9:00 am to 12 noon (one Saturday per month)
