Advantages
- $49,190 Annual Salary
- Full time, Permanent position
- Hybrid Workstyle ( 4 days at home and 1 day in office located in Downtown Montreal )
- Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
- 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
- Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off

Responsibilities
-You will the first point of contact for providing courteous , accurate and timely response to incoming benefit inquiries to plan members
-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service

Qualifications
- Strong English and French communication skills
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
- Able to work under pressure
- High School Diploma Required
