**Administrative Coordinator (Full-time)**
**(Head Office, located in Delta, BC)**

**Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive, positive, outgoing individual with a can-do attitudeand **Administrative Coordinator** experience to join our collaborative diverse, inclusive work environment.
**About the Job/Responsibilities**:
- Prepare billing forms, letter documents, as well as filing, data entry, and archiving Junior accounting tasks such as matching invoices and A/P
- Assist colleagues in various departments with tasks to support their administrative workload as required
- Update company spreadsheets and employee contact information
- Run errands as directed by management on an Ad hoc basis
- Ensure the administrative surrounding areas are clean, organized, and visibly attractive
**About You/Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Must sincerely enjoy assisting and being supportive to others - a true team player that is flexible and dynamic
- Be reliable, friendly, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to take direction and achieve deadlines
- Okay with routine tasks and clerical duties such as filing, archiving, and basic data entry
