We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Lead to join our dynamic team and oversee the affiliate network and payout services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our affiliate network, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, and optimizing payout services. Your strategic thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional leadership skills will play a vital role in driving the success of our affiliate network and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and affiliates.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Affiliate Network Management:

- Monitor affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendations for optimizing affiliate marketing activities.
- Foster strong relationships with the platform's users, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to support affiliate initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance the affiliate program's competitiveness.

Payout Services Optimization:

- Oversee the payout process, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of earnings to affiliates.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to establish efficient payout systems and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Implement fraud prevention measures and monitor transactional activities to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Continuously evaluate payout services and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Operations Management:

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, finance, and technology, to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operations professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
***Must Haves**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in managing operations within the affiliate marketing industry or similar field.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, payout models, and industry best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
- Proficient in using affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and payout systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
