**Analyste, Finances (nouveaux diplômés et étudiants)**

**Vos tâches**:

- Contribuer à la préparation de feuilles de travail, d’énoncés, de rapports et de sondages en vue de soutenir l’élaboration de rapports financiers exacts à l’intention d’une variété de parties prenantes à l’interne et à l’externe;
- Examiner, passer en revue, analyser et concilier les comptes afin d’en assurer l’exactitude, puis repérer et signaler de manière proactive tout écart;
- Coordonner les enquêtes sur les transactions avec les autres unités d’affaires et mettre en place les changements nécessaires dans les meilleurs délais;
- Contribuer à l’analyse et à la prévision des exigences relatives au flux de trésorerie à court terme de notre organisation, et préparer les instructions à envoyer à nos partenaires d’affaires externes en vue de faciliter la circulation des sommes;
- Contribuer activement au processus de clôture mensuelle des comptes et à l’analyse des données en fin de mois pour divers comptes;
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe des Finances afin de continuellement améliorer et automatiser les processus et les modèles de l’équipe.

**Exigences**:

- Avoir obtenu (ou être en voie d’obtenir) un diplôme acceptable auprès d’un établissement d’études postsecondaires dans les 12 derniers mois, et ce, dans un programme pertinent comme la comptabilité, la finance, l’administration des affaires ou les mathématiques;
- Posséder de fortes aptitudes en mathématiques et être en mesure de travailler aisément avec les chiffres;
- Être en mesure de réfléchir avec logique, d’analyser et de résoudre des problèmes;
- Témoigner d’un grand souci du détail;
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite), être en mesure de collaborer efficacement et savoir bâtir des relations.

- Avoir une bonne connaissance des logiciels de feuilles de calcul, de bases de données et de traitement de texte;
