Être Analyste senior financement dans le groupe de Financement Immobilier de la Banque Nationale, c’est collaborer avec nos Directrices et Directeurs Gestion de portefeuille et nos Directrices et Directeurs de comptes dans la gestion des financements octroyés à notre clientèle. Cet emploi te permet d’avoir un impact positif sur notre organisation, grâce à tes habiletés d’analyse et ta capacité à synthétiser de grandes quantités d’information. Ton rôle :

Procéder à la préparation et l’envoi des lettres et effectuer le suivi des documents pour les révisions annuelles Procéder à des analyses de crédit notamment de prêt dont le terme vient à échéance, selon les normes établies par la Banque et effectuer des recommandations. Obtenir les commentaires des Directrices et Directeurs de comptes sur la version préliminaire des demandes de crédit, les modifier au besoin afin de t’assurer qu'elles respectent les exigences de la Banque en termes de rentabilité, de qualité de présentation et d’analyse du risque. Travailler proactivement avec les équipes de développement des affaires, de support et les partenaires pour identifier les opportunités de ventes croisées. Participer activement aux différents projets internes d’amélioration continue des processus. Ton équipe : Le groupe Financement Immobilier est au sein du grand secteur Entreprise et gestion Privée 1859. La mission du groupe est de soutenir les acteurs majeurs de l'industrie immobilière dans leurs projets de financement de construction intérimaire ainsi que dans le financement à long terme d'actifs de haute qualité. Le groupe est hautement motivé et axé sur l'expansion du marché à travers le Canada. Tu fais partie d’une équipe de 9 collègues et tu relèves du Directeur principal équipe gestion de portefeuille. L’équipe se démarque par sa rigueur et son esprit de collaboration. Pré-requis :

Baccalauréat et au moins 1 an d'expérience pertinente Connaissance des produits, systèmes et services bancaires, un atout De solides compétences analytiques et une bonne compréhension des règles / concepts comptables de base Aptitude à synthétiser de grandes quantités d’informations et à développer des solutions innovantes Fortes compétences interpersonnelles, orientées vers le souci du détail, la curiosité, le sens de l’organisation et la proactivité Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite avec la capacité spécifique de communiquer les concepts et idées de façon concise
