As a world leader in the design and manufacturing industry, Active Exhaust is seeking an eager and enthusiastic experienced **Inventory and Logistics Administrator **to join our successful Toronto team immediately. We are looking for a talent with solid professional skills in the manufacturing industry who can provide a superb customer experience.**
This role is primarily responsible for cycle counts, inventory consolidation, monitoring inventory movement, and supporting shipping/receiving.
This position reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor.
**What you will be doing**:

- Work order management through MRP for FGS and LCC; Create work orders, complying with all
- Coordinate LCC container arrivals and space management
- Perform transfers to external warehouses
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts, as requested by Supervisor
- Monitor inventory and consolidation of partials
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities including dock assignments, paperwork, and labels
- Direct inventory material handlers and dock staff as required
- Participate in continuous improvement projects/tasks to achieve cost-reduction goals
- KPI tracking
- Adherence to all 5S Workplace protocols
- Working in compliance with the current Ontario Safety Legislation and Active’s safety program
- Other duties as required

**What you bring along**:

- University or College degree /diploma in supply chain management or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management or a similar discipline
- Strong knowledge of ERP, Syspro an asset
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through and the ability to work independently
