Real Estate Administrative Assistant

**Must be Computer Savvy and a Quick Learner**
**Duties Includes may not limited to**:
- Completing and submitting deals paper work.
- Setting up listing/buying documentation and routing for signatures.
- Maintain client database and perform regular follow ups.
- Manage book keeping activities.
- Managing Google Drives, provide regular project update to team members.
- Support potential property management activities.
**Qualification & Skills Required**
- Strong interest in developing a Real Estate career.
- Must Be Proficient with Computers, MS Office, Google Drives.
- Fluent in English, (Cantonese or Mandarin), verbal & written.
- Some Graphic, Poster Design experience.
- Must have a driver’s license and car.
- Must be a quick learner and self-starter.
- Experiences with website/ landing pages (nice to have)
- Must be good with Social Media Marketing (Facebook/ Instagram/ Wechat/ Linkedin, etc)
- Must have excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Simple webpage update experience would be an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative experience (preferred)
