Do you want to really make an impact at work and peoples lives?
SKILLZ Canada Kids Martial Arts offers group classes in an age-specific child development martial arts program. Helping our kids become the best version of themselves is our primary aim.
Martial Arts experience preferred but if you aren't a Black Belt... no problem. We will train the right person to become a top-notch SKILLZ Instructor.
SKILLZ is a well-established, international-wide brand, committed to providing affordable, accessible and the best fitness classes to our community. Our class formats target a wide range of clients' needs - from the very young to mid teen age students.
**POSITION**: The responsibility of our SKILLZ Canada Kids Martial Arts Instructor is to teach life changing martial arts classes. The Instructor also assists with retaining current members and the organization of events and martial arts exams.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Excellent communication, and customer service skills required
Goal-oriented, and ability to learn our class plans quickly.
Must have proficient computer skills and familiar with using Social Media.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Emphasize and enforce objectives of our studio as a martial arts and child development provider.
Present available services and products to our current members
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, community and B2B events) to promote our studio
Other duties as assigned
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:
This position offers a $20/hour starting wage for a Kids Martial Arts Instructor.
Opportunity for advancement and bonuses
