Lakepoint Fine Arts Centre is dedicated to nurturing young talent through fun, engaging, and educational music programs. We provide a welcoming and creative environment for kids to explore their musical abilities and develop their skills in various instruments.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Teach individual and small group lessons in piano, guitar, and ukulele to kids aged 5 and up.
- Create lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of each student.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment that motivates children to explore music.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Prepare students for recitals and performances.
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning space.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in piano, guitar, ukulele and other instruments.
- Prior experience teaching music to children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with kids.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- A degree in music or equivalent experience is a plus but not required.

**Schedule**:
Part-time, flexible hours, mainly after school and weekends.

**Compensation**:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
