**Salary**:Start: $21.01 - Max: $32.32

**About the Finance and Resource Assistant Role**:
The Finance and Resource Assistant is accountable for the timely and accurate provision of financial, human resources and other administrative support for the Faculty of Social and Community Services (FSCS). The incumbent handles multiple financial and human resources and inventory responsibilities and helps solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
The Finance and Resource Assistant will deal with confidential financial and HR information on a regular basis and will display tact, discretion, and diplomacy at all times. The incumbent provides confidential administrative support, detailed records management, and other clerical, meeting, and logístical support to the Faculty. The incumbent will be required to escalate matters to the FSCS management team as appropriate and occasionally provide back up support for FSCS wide projects/events and work occasional evenings/weekends.

**Education**
Three-year diploma or degree in a filed such as Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Office Administration, or any other related fields of study.
**Experience/Skills**
A minimum of 3 years administrative experience is required.
Experience working with Humber Financial System and HRMS or similar systems will be considered an asset. Experience in a post-secondary/academic institution will also be considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks with mínimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
