**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in training development for new employees to ensure compliance with office procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy medical environment.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
