Executive Team Administrative Assistant

Atlohsa Native Family Healing Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of** Executive Team Administrative Assistant** at our office located at 343 Richmond Street, London, ON.

**Basic Requirements**:
The Administrative Assistant must possess a formal post-secondary education such as a diploma in Business Administration/Accounting and/or related experience working with a non-profit business or organization in the administrative capacity.

**Knowledge**:
The Administrative Assistant must have demonstrated knowledge, awareness and understanding of the Indigenous population in the London region as well as knowledge of customer service standards, office processes and procedures for efficient and effective working environments. Experience working with a non-profit organization is an asset.

**Ability**:
The primary role of the Executive Team Administrative Assistant is to perform an array of administrative duties including secretarial and receptionist duties. Additional responsibilities, in charge of scheduling the Executive Director and keeping them on task, taking minutes during board or directors meetings and scheduling appointments. The Administrative Assistant is also accountable for drafting, reviewing and editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the management team. The Administrative Assistant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to problem solve, excellent planning and organizational skills, accountability and teamwork skills. The Administrative Assistant will be supervised directly by the Executive Director.

**Personal Suitability**:
The Worker must have the ability to work in a busy office setting, interacting with the public at large, conduct repetitive work utilizing desktop computers and peripherals. The worker must have a current vulnerable sector check and current First Aid and CPR certificate.

**EMPLOYEMENT TERM**: Full-time permanent, 40 Hours per week

**REMUNERATION**: Salary $ 60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:Executive administration: 5 years (preferred)

**Education**:Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Office Administration or Business
