**What You'll Bring**:

- At least 2 years' experience supporting Senior Leaders
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Expert knowledge of calendar management at a senior level
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Able to complete projects with mínimal direction
- Strong technology proficiency
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Qualification as an Administrative assistant

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Coordinate meetings - scheduling, material preparation/distribution, conference room preparation, minutes and follow up on action plans.
- Craft communications on behalf of CRO and Sr. Sales Leaders
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a digital filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and maintain inventories
- Develop/Maintain contact lists
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Complete/reconcile expense reports adhering to policy
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executives and other associates to handle adhoc requests including troubleshooting technology issues
- Prepping meeting rooms and catering requirements
- Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during meetings/presentations
- Support the facilities manager with adhoc requests, i.e. building/office access
- Other duties as assigned
