**Job Purpose**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assume responsibility for vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components to support production. Follow up on and resolve vendor issues as required.
- Prepare weekly production schedule and distribute to the production department, ensuring customer delivery timelines are met.
- Track inventory and ensure inventory accuracy, meeting financial and KPI requirements.
- Coordinate cycle counting activities, ensuring inventory accuracy. Update inventory in SAP as required.
- Responsible for facility receiving, enter receivers in SAP to reflect delivery.
- Assist with the planning, implementation and maintenance of materials 5S and Kanban systems.
- Complete all other duties, as required.

**Core Competencies**:

- Completion of a related college and/or university program in materials or business.
- Completion of CPIM or in progress.
- 3-5 years’ experience in materials, scheduling or production planning.

**Job Requirements**:

- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office including MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent communications skills both verbally and electronically to permit effective interaction with all levels of Dana and external vendors, customers and suppliers.
- Must be able to perform all job functions while adhering to Dana's environmental, health and safety standards.
- Meet the company performance standards for the job.
- Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position. This position is on-site and on the Day shift.
- Self-directed and motivated, with excellent organizational skills, and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
