Admin/order Desk Coordinator

**Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm (40 - 44 hours/week)**

Reports to: General Manager

**Summary**

We are looking for a detail oriented individual with the ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Admin/Order Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy when processing orders, as well as being a front facing member of our organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting clients: in-person and over the phone
- Grow and maintain trust with customers
- Completing the order process from initiation to transport stage (US deliveries included)
- Maintain customer relationships through strong communication
- Organize and coordinate order schedules
- Process and monitor orders and update customers throughout
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Schedule lumber appointments and print appropriate paperwork (Assemble completed paperwork for invoicing)
- Other various Administrative office duties, as required

**Experience**
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented individual
- 1 year of Quickbooks experience
- 1 year Data Entry experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $49,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
