Customer Care Manager : The BAM Group - Royal LePage Prime Real Estate

The BAM group has a unique opportunity to join Manitoba's #1 Real Estate Brokerage along side industry leading real estate agents and make a positive impact on our existing and future clients while assisting them through the home buying and selling process. With a relationship first approach to business, we develop long lasting and meaningful relationships with our client family and team members. Weekly meetings, team lunches and team building activities are frequently planned to ensure team synergy is maintained at a high level.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with the Client from the beginning of the sale to their closing along with maintaining the company brand experience beyond. This includes coordinating communication between all parties and team members and doing whatever it takes to ensure a successful and timely close
- Quality control: overseeing daily tasks/priorities to prepare new listings to go on the market and ensure existing listings are in top quality showing condition
- Coordinating staffing and coverage for all weekly open houses (inclusive of advertising & MLS updates)
- Take ownership of client issues elevating concerns as necessary to the Team Leader with recommendations and opportunities for continuous process and business improvements
- Liaison between Real Estate Agents, Clients, lawyers, vendors, and Mortgage Lenders during the process of a real estate transaction to ensure impeccable client engagement
- Effectively and efficiently leading and training the backend support team including marketing co-ordinator and virtual assistant(s) as a company ambassador by delivering a high level of professionalism and quality by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills and effective telephone techniques
- Ensuring key dates and actions are captured and tracked to completion
- Manage all routine mailings and reach-out, including client follow up, newsletter mailings, quarterly mailers to database/geo farm, quarterly phone calls and maintain database integrity accordingly
- Create, implement, and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for the team
As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for transitioning and implementing systems of operation to ensure all administrative tasks continue to be completed efficiently and to the highest standards with other support staff
**Additional Tasks**:
- planning and executing all facets of client parties and quarterly gift drops
- light staging and styling responsibilities for home listings
- executing offers to purchase, condition removal documents and all fintrac compliance
- book keeping and monthly profit/loss reporting
- marketing reports, listing feedback and additional project management
- liaison between the team leader and support staff/agent team members
**Skills**:
- Project and client management skills

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service co-ordinator or management role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
