Supply Chain Manager

**Description du poste**:
This position will be reporting directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading all supply chain activities of the site (inventories, procurement, repair scheduling, logistics), with the aim of reducing costs and lead times, while increasing productivity. Will be responsible for the site's overall supply chain practices and processes.
Has responsibility for the development, continual optimization of supply chain initiatives.
This position will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for Supply Chain. This role requires adherence to the Safran Group principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that customer needs are met while respecting safety, quality, costs and delivery times.
- Ensure the required transformations and manage changes.
- Provide a vision and unite teams around the entity's challenges.
- Organize teams to promote multidisciplinary contributions, autonomy, accountability and transversally with the aim of being
agile and adaptable to operational contingencies and customer needs
- Ensure that skills and resources are maintained at the highest level within the wider framework
- Ensure the accessibility and quality of data within your scope.
- Guarantee the use and compliance with Safran standards.
(external and internal) based on quantity and lead time requirements to ensure availability of components for all repair orders.
- Manage all logistics flows (inbound, internal and outbound), including online procurement
- Actively participate in a culture of continuous improvement by providing recommendations and implementing improvements
to current methods and procedures. Managerial focus / organization of activity:
- Management of the site's Supply Chain team
- Maintain a working environment that complies with HSE (Hygiene, Health and Environment) requirements and ensure the
safety of the teams working under your responsibility
- Translate the orientations and objectives of the site for your scope of responsibility into operational objectives SQCDP
(Safety - Quality - Cost - Deadlines - People) in line with the other services on the site and Safran Supply Chain standards.

Job Requirements
a) Knowledge
- Proven skills in procurement, inventory management and logistics
- Customer satisfaction orientation
- Good knowledge of import and export customs compliance and terminology
- Knowledge of the aeronautical environment
- Control of regulatory and financial constraints

- Ability to pass a background check and be accepted into the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
c) Studies and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with a specialization in Supply Chain, industrial organization and/or
supply chain management.
- At least 3 years of experience in aviation or aerospace, preferred
- Leadership and management experience
d) Communication Skills
- Excellent customer relations and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English required
