This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to process improvements and drive excellence in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement processes
  • Participate in bid and proposal activities, manage quoting, and administer Purchase Orders
  • Issue Open Order reports, follow up with suppliers, and expedite material deliveries
  • Initiate and support change management documentation and mitigation mechanisms
  • Manage supplier development, execution of work, and system innovation
  • Maintain item attributes and address system issues for data integrity
  • Forecast monthly material receipts to support financial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts and practices; experience with MRP systems is a plus
  • Experience in Supply Chain, procurement, expediting, planning, or related fields is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MRP systems, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, invoicing, and data distribution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and willingness to learn
  • Customer service mentality

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $44,875 - $58,617 per year, paid bi-weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Estimated Salary Range: $22.12 - $29.81/hour depending on experience
