**SERVICE ASSOCIATE, COMMERCIAL INSURANCE**

Your attention to detail and customer service focus are the keys to success in the role of _Service Associate, Commercial Insurance_. This role is responsible for providing support to the commercial insurance teams by processing policy documents, invoicing premiums, preparing cover letters, producing pink cards and certificates of insurance, schedules, claims reporting and maintaining file documentation.

**LOCATION AND STATUS**
- Ottawa, ON
- Full-time, permanent

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of administrative experience with preference for related experience in the insurance industry
- Post-secondary certificate, diploma, degree is an asset
- RIBO license, or working towards, considered an asset
- CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an asset

- Experience with insurance document management software is an asset

- Critical thinker with strong attention to details
