**Position Summary**:
As a part-time Clinic Maintenance Associate at our hair transplant clinic in downtown Toronto, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the clinic, restocking supplies, and providing assistance to guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction as needed. You will primarily work afternoons/evenings, but may be scheduled outside of afternoons/evenings; open availability is required for this position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain Cleanliness:
- Clean all areas of the clinic including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty garbage cans, sanitize surfaces, and wipe mirrors regularly to uphold cleanliness standards.
Restock Supplies:
- Monitor inventory levels of clinic supplies such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments.
- Restock supplies in treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms as needed to ensure adequate availability for guests and staff.
Facility Maintenance:
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of clinic operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any guest concerns or special requests.
Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
**Requirements**:
- Open Availability - this position will primarily consists of afternoon/evening shifts, but as needed, shift may be scheduled outside of afternoon/evenings.
