As a Travel Product Manager at Wingbuddy, you will be responsible for developing and managing tours and cruises that deliver unique experiences to our clients. You will work closely with your team of product specialists and with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to create packages that resonate with our target market and differentiate our offerings. This role requires strategic thinking, a passion for travel, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to ensure that our products are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the company's vision and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management & Product development**:

- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Set performance goals and oversee progress, ensuring each team member contributes to the overall product strategy.
- Design and develop compelling travel packages that meet the needs of our clients and align with the company’s goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
- Define product features, itineraries, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with DMCs and other suppliers to secure exclusive contracts, inventory and favorable terms.
- **Project Management & Execution**:

- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and planning to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective product positioning and support for campaigns.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and on-time product delivery.
- Analyze product performance, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with sales teams to gather feedback and insights to optimize product offerings.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed on product details, timelines, and expectations.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to internal teams.
- **Quality Assurance & Client Experience**:

- Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality, ensuring that itineraries meet client expectations.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance product value and the overall travel experience.
- Ensure compliance with company standards across destinations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management in the travel industry.
- Proven experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
- Solid knowledge of travel industry trends and experience negotiating with suppliers and partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
