SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaison with Premium clients as the primary contact for the selling, obtaining, and administering of Food & Beverage orders for Suite and Club Seat holders, & Catering clients.
- Liaison with the Food & Beverage Manager and/or Director as needed, regarding clients, staffing, and orders, etc.
- Utilizing the Clover Sport POS system to:
- prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs);
- distribute BEOs to Supervisors as needed.
- print and distribute opening/closing reports and suite orders.
- input all credit card transactions, payment processes and client billing.
- Supervises Quick Service food and beverage operations including Club Lounge Bar, and In Seat Service as per event needs.
- Supervises food and beverage employees in the preparation, production, service, storage and cleanup of all food and beverage operation areas and services in the Premium Level.
- Assists in the training of food and beverage employees, Front of House & Culinary Teams, in the preparing and cooking of foods to ensure high quality, efficient and profitable standards.
- Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing and ensures all food and beverage outlets have proper displays and merchandise.
- Directs storage, prep, service, and cleanup of food and beverages to employees for events in Premium Level & Catering Areas.
- Develops position charts for employees and assigns staff to workstations to meet business needs.
- Reconciles sales, tabulates receipts, and balances accounts from Point-of-Sale and electronic payment terminals.
- Inventories supplies on hand at end of each shift or other designated period.
- Works within guidelines and established food and labor costs.
- Involved in the coordination of interviews, recruiting, retention and training of new team members.
- Thoroughly and accurately uses applicable Purchasing Systems, Point-of-sale, and Timekeeping systems.
- Ensure consistent compliance with the A.G.C.O. and company policies regarding alcohol management.
- Ensure consistent compliance with all OHSA laws and regulations and company health and safety policies, programs, and procedures.
- Seek to increase business opportunities either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. Cold call people/businesses using a given phone directory to sell rental spaces and Catering services.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of Food and Beverage Managers, the Suites & Catering Specialist carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM Global's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include coordination of interviews, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Department Managers; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Highschool Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment, and/or secondary education completed or ongoing in Hospitality or Culinary programs are considered assets.
- Front of House Banquet & Catering Service Experience

SALARY/WAGE: $21.50/Hour, 30 Weekly Hours/Avg, Season & Event Based
