**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of transactions
- Process accounts payable and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks to record and track financial data
- Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
