**Position Overview**:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Immigrate.ai, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent who align with our company's values and mission. You will work closely with hiring managers across different departments to understand their hiring needs and craft recruitment strategies that position us as an employer of choice in the immigration technology sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of various departments.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and college recruiting events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp each position's demands and competencies.
- Keep informed on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, showcasing our innovative company culture and career opportunities.
- Employ data and metrics to inform your work and the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and sources for all hires.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology or immigration services industry.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and establish relationships with professionals at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
