_We are currently recruiting for a _**Human Resources Coordinator.**_

JEC is an auto-parts manufacturer based in beautiful Elora, Ontario just a short drive from Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Orangeville. We specialize in Metal Stamping and Robotic Welding. JEC is committed to using unique and specialized manufacturing techniques for the timely delivery of the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost.

**LEAD OR SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (shared with a counterpart)**:

- Day to day associate relations, Internal/External Customer Service
- Headcount Management - Recruitment, Leaves, Internal Postings/Transfers, Part Time Program
- Oversee and support HR Administration and Reception functions, support as needed.
- Hourly Payroll - oversee system updates, maintenance, audits.
- Support Leave Management and Return to Work Program
- Human Resources documentation maintenance/updates/filing
- Assist or lead Associate events/ HR Projects
- Milestone Events/Planning/Communications
- New Hire Onboarding and Corporate Training Facilitation
- Oversee Compensation and Benefit Program Facilitation/Administration
- Workplace investigations
- Stay and Exit Interviews
- Other duties may be assigned.

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**

CHRP, CHRL or PCP Certification preferred or working toward one of these designations.

Excellent Computer Skills are Required

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. Regular working hours _are to be determined. _Between this role, and their counterpart, they must cover our Monday to Friday - day and afternoon shift rotation schedules either on straight shifts or biweekly rotation.
