Destination Canada est à la recherche d’un ou d’une **gestionnaire des partenariats avec les OMD et le secteur de l’aviation**, qui viendra intégrer son équipe à Vancouver, laquelle incite les voyageurs à venir explorer le Canada. La personne retenue devra se conformer au modèle de travail hybride de Destination Canada, qui exige que les membres du personnel travaillent deux ou trois jours par semaine au bureau de Vancouver. Le reste de la semaine de travail peut se faire depuis un bureau à domicile.

La personne titulaire du poste devra cimenter les partenariats en faisant preuve d’un esprit de gestion stratégique et de compétences en consultation, et en répondant rapidement aux besoins des partenaires au moyen de solutions novatrices qui procurent des résultats mesurables, tout en agissant à titre de spécialiste au sujet des partenaires auprès des services internes.

De plus, elle élabore et met en place des indicateurs pour l’analyse et l’évaluation des programmes, et pour la présentation, aux partenaires de l’industrie, de leurs résultats et de leur incidence sur l’industrie canadienne du tourisme.

**FONCTIONS**:
Relevant du directeur exécutif, Partenariats avec l’industrie (DE), la personne titulaire du poste présente des études, des analyses et des conseils au DE, ainsi qu’aux autres cadres supérieurs des équipes chargées des affaires internationales, du marketing, des renseignements sur les consommateurs et des communications. Elle gère les relations entre l’équipe des Partenariats et les autres unités opérationnelles pour veiller à ce que les communications bidirectionnelles entre Destination Canada et les partenaires soient pertinentes et efficaces et pour s’assurer que les unités opérationnelles obtiennent les renseignements dont elles ont besoin. Elle négocie et gère les partenariats existants en plus d’en créer de nouveaux.

La personne retenue devra veiller à ce que les stratégies, les outils, les produits, les événements et les activités liés aux partenariats et aux communications obtiennent des résultats, dans le but de renforcer la promotion du Canada comme destination de choix dans les marchés cibles de Destination Canada. Elle sera également responsable de la création, de la rédaction, de la révision, du suivi et de la coordination des documents, outils et programmes nécessaires pour favoriser le leadership de Destination Canada et son influence sur la collaboration, les contributions et l’alignement des partenaires canadiens de marketing des voyages d’agrément. Ce poste requiert une solide compréhension du marché mondial et des programmes de Destination Canada, une connaissance approfondie des facteurs de croissance principaux des partenaires ainsi qu’une forte capacité à évaluer les besoins des partenaires et à synthétiser des solutions qui satisfont les objectifs prioritaires conjoints.

**Exigences du poste**

**ÉTUDES**: Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’une université, ou posséder une combinaison acceptable d’études, de formation et d’expérience.** Une formation officielle en gestion de projets, vente et négociation est un atout.

**EXPÉRIENCE**:Les personnes qui postulent doivent démontrer clairement par écrit qu’elles répondent aux critères ci-dessous.**
- Minimum de quatre ans d’expérience en marketing ou en communication.
- Minimum de deux ans d’expérience en gestion de projets.
- Minimum de trois ans d’expérience en études de marché et en analyse des tendances.
- Expérience au sein de l’industrie canadienne du tourisme, un atout.
- Expérience en développement de partenariats collaboratifs ou en élaboration de stratégies et en consultation.
- Expérience en gestion des relations avec la clientèle et les intervenants.
