It offers career and academic programs covering the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Flight Attendant, and Business Administration sectors. To date, Eton College has trained almost 2,000 domestic and international students for careers in various services industries.

**Job summary**

We are looking to hire an experienced Manager Pathways and Partnership to join our robust team. They will work to diligently and effectively follow up on potential leads and maintain alternate markets for enrollment purposes.The Manager Pathways and Partnership is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with other institutions and organizations that drive revenue growth, as well as managing pathways between Eton College and partner institutions that contribute to the overall financial success of the organization. The Manager Pathways and Partnership will identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, negotiate agreements that generate revenue, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure profitable program delivery.

**Duties and responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Develop and maintain partnerships with institutions, organizations, and employers that align with Eton College's strategic goals and contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners to ensure alignment with Eton College's mission and values, as well as revenue potential.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Eton College's brand and partnerships.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that generate revenue, including revenue-sharing models and program delivery fees.
- Develop and manage pathways between Eton College and partner institutions that contribute to overall revenue growth, including articulation agreements, credit transfers, and collaborative program delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including academic departments, student services, and admissions, to ensure profitable program delivery and a positive student experience.
- Monitor partnership and pathway performance and outcomes in relation to revenue targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote Eton College's partnerships and pathways to prospective students and the community, with a focus on revenue growth.
- Responsible for coordinating Information Sessions, webinars, campus visits and other recruitment events as deemed necessary by the Director of Marketing.

- Pathway satisfaction ratings from students and faculty

**Internal stakeholder management**:

- Collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including academic departments, student services, and admissions
- Timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders
- Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on program delivery and student experience

**Reporting and analysis**:

- Timely and accurate reporting on partnership and pathway performance and outcomes
- Data-driven analysis of partnership and pathway performance, with recommendations for improvement
- Adherence to budget and revenue targets related to partnerships and pathways

**Industry engagement and promotion**:

- Attendance and participation in relevant industry events and conferences
- Positive feedback from partners and industry stakeholders on Eton College's brand and partnership offerings
- Success in promoting Eton College's partnerships and pathways to prospective students and the community, as measured by enrollment and revenue growth.
