**Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory, and answer phones.
- Maintain organized records and files for clients, vendors, and projects.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office, acting as a point of contact for team and client inquiries.

**Sales Support**
- Assist with lead generation and follow-ups for potential clients.
- Prepare and review sales documents, quotes, and proposals.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team.

**Design Assistance**
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Provide basic design edits or updates when needed
- Review and proof materials for quality and consistency.

**Social Media and Marketing Support**
- Help plan, schedule, and post engaging content on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to messages, and interact with followers.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including promotional campaigns and newsletters.

**Team Collaboration**
- Act as a true team player, stepping in to support any department during peak times.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks across multiple departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in office coordination, administration, or a related role.
- Familiarity with marketing or creative industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe programs an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
