Port Perry, Canada GFL Environmental Full time

GFL Environmental is looking for a Billing Administrator to join the team in Port Perry The primary purpose of this position is to effectively work within a team environment while providing administrative support and Accounts Receivable duties. **This position will be working fully onsite/in office.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Entering of customer invoices and into accounting systems
- Reviewing of quantities submitted by Project management teams
- Involvement in the processing and tracking of work orders
- Processing and updating of project management spreadsheets, forms etc. utilizing MS office suite
- Coordinating shipping of customer orders and equipment repairs
- Communicating with customers to assist with researching billing questions and providing supporting documentation.
- Liaising with collectors to assist with overdue payments on customer accounts
- Assisting with answering incoming telephone calls
- Ordering of office and shop supplies
- Booking of hotels for crew members
- Other duties as required

**Knowledge, Skills & Competencies**:

- 3-5 years office experience
- Demonstrated experience with MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrate ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Highly motivated, career oriented with a professional attitude
- Superior communication skills
