Business Manager- Mini Toronto

As a key part of the MINI Toronto family you will be responsible for getting customers credit approved with MINI Financial Services for a Lease or Finance contract. You will also be responsible for selling Business Office products and advising customers with the necessary information on the benefits of available products as well as ensuring paper work is printed accurately and ready prior to delivery of vehicle, as well as licensing the vehicle.
- Working on a schedule and as needed to ensure customer service goals are met, and paperwork is complete
- Selling customers Business Office products and making sure they’re aware the benefits of the protection products
- Contact customers and ensuring credit are approved with MINI Financial Services in a timely manner
- Print paper work, ensuring its accurate, and licensing vehicles for delivery
- Split deals and preparing the necessary paper work for the Accounting department
- Ensuring necessary paper work are in order for Sales Manager to commission deal
- Fund deals with MINI Financial Services and Banks in a timely manner
- Maintaining or exceeding average GP for the Business Office
- Promote a positive professional impression of retail operations, working as a team with sales, and other peers
- Maintain a log of all sales by the Business Office broken down into penetration percentage
- Selling extended warranty to current owners to generate more income
- Performing lease buy-out in order to generate more income
- Maintain current on product knowledge
- Other duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of MINI Toronto
