**What You Will Do**
- Develop Regional Advertising Partnerships across all Nation Network platforms
- Develop creative and revenue-generating strategies to attract prospective clients
- Work within a Team that succeeds together
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide best in class customer service to new and existing clients
- Present innovative sales opportunities to small, medium and large clients
- Write professional and comprehensive sales presentations
- Be part of bi-weekly creative Team Sales meetings
- Compile weekly sales reports
- Collaborate with interlocking teams to efficiently serve customers and drive revenue
- Manage a CRM (Hub Spot) database to efficiently track all sales activity along with client contact information
- Network to foster new relationships
- Participate in ongoing marketing and sales training
- Service client base in a professional manner
- Have fun

**What You Will Bring**
- Previous sales experience selling Media Partnership to National Clientele
- Proven sales track record
- Working knowledge of the sports media industry
- Self-starter with energy, discipline and enthusiasm
- Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Self-motivating and results-oriented
- Must be able to multitask and work with multiple deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and work within a changing environment
- Highly organized
- Innovative thinker

Compensation will be either a combination of a base plus commission model or a highly aggressive commission only agreement.

Applicants are asked to explain their previous experience in Advertising sales to National clients and demonstrate past success in this field.
