Contact Centre Administrator
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Respond to and process requests through our various sales channels _**(A-Z Claims)**_
- Processing exchanges, returns and refund requests _**(Repicks, Chargebacks & RAs)**_
- Ensuring the accuracy of Customer orders and shipping information _**(Address Verifications)**_
- Responding to Customer feedback
- Coordinate training for staff
- Contributing to the achievement of company and department KPIs by assisting with monitoring the inbound volume and processing time of requests received through AutoShack’s various sales channels
- Provide general administrative and office support to the Contact Center Manager and Contact Center Operations Manager
- Other duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer service is required.
- Experience in a Contact Center environment is preferred
- Computer literacy in MS Office Suite, internet and job specific programs
- Knowledge of customer service delivery mechanisms, practices and strategies to resolving customer related complaints
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred but not required
**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
