As a Sales Assistant at Tamarack Homes' EdenWylde/Westwood Sales Centre in Stittsville, you'll be the face of our company, welcoming and assisting clients on their home-buying journey. With a consistent schedule and a supportive team, you will contribute to an exceptional customer experience during their exploration of Tamarack's offerings.

**Your Key Role: Guiding Homebuyers**

**Warm Client Engagement**: Greet clients as they enter the Sales Centre, offering them a welcoming introduction to our community and home offerings.

**Meticulous Presentation**: Ensure model homes are impeccably presented before opening and after closing, embodying the Tamarack standard of excellence.

**Information Hub**: Be the source of preliminary information for clients, answering their questions about homes, options, developments, offers, prices, and more. Your communication skills will help them envision their future homes.

**Your Skills in Action**: Enhancing the Customer Journey

**Administrative Support**: Assist in compiling marketing materials under the direction of Sales Representatives, and handle administrative tasks like data entry, maintaining client databases, and preparing sales documentation.

**Efficient Client Relationship Building**:Update and maintain traffic circulation reports to identify leads for the Sales Representatives to engage.

**Team Collaboration**:Thrive in a team-based environment, demonstrating initiative while fostering positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and coworkers.

**Join Our Energetic Environment**:
**Education and Experience**:A high school diploma is required, and additional post-secondary education in business administration, interior design, or a related field is an asset. One to two years of administration or sales experience, preferably in new home building, will also be valuable.

**Effective Communication**:Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in building rapport with clients and coworkers.

**Organizational Expertise**:Showcase your organizational, prioritization, and time management skills as you navigate a busy and sometimes loud work environment.
